These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and games operated by B3B Studios LLC ("B3B Studios", "we", "us", "our"), including b3bstudios.com (the "Website") and our mobile and desktop games (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, B3B Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and game assets — are the exclusive property of B3B Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services except as expressly permitted in writing by B3B Studios.

Streaming, recording, and posting gameplay footage of our games to platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or social media for personal, editorial, or monetized content-creator use is permitted without prior written consent, provided that such use does not imply endorsement by or partnership with B3B Studios.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Use any automated system (including bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools) to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human could reasonably produce;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person or to impersonate any person or entity.

5. In-App Purchases

Our games may offer in-app purchases processed through third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by the applicable platform's refund policy or by law. Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites or services (including app stores, analytics providers, and social platforms). B3B Studios is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. B3B Studios does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B3B Studios and its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B3B Studios from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
